7. מועד ואופן תשלום תמלוגים
התמלוגים ממחיר המכירות שדווחו בדו״ח החצי־שנתי ישולמו לאוצר המדינה, באמצעות המינהל, במועד הגשת הדו״ח החצי־שנתי; התשלום יהיה בשקלים חדשים לפי שער הדולר שפורסם לאחרונה לפני יום התשלום.
