Section 2 of תקנות שירות התעסוקה (סדרי הדיון והעבודה במועצת לשכת שירות התעסוקה), תשי״ט–1959, כינוס המועצה.
2. כינוס המועצה
היושב ראש יכנס את המועצה –
(1)לא יאוחר מחמישה עשר יום לאחר הקמתה;
(2)לא יאוחר מארבעה חדשים לאחר הישיבה הקודמת;
(3)על פי בקשה בכתב המפרטת את סדר היום המוצע והחתומה על ידי מנהל השירות או מנהל הלשכה או על ידי לא פחות משליש מבין חברי המועצה;
והוא רשאי לכנסה כשרואה צורך בכך.
