בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 59(א) לחוק שירות התעסוקה, תשי״ט–1959 (להלן – החוק), אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. אגרת בחינת מקצוע
בעד העתק של תעודת מקצוע שניתן בנוסף להעתק הראשון לפי החוק תיגבה אגרה בסך שלושה שקלים (נכון לשנת 1980).
