בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 27 לחוק הדיינים, תשט״ו–1955, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. בקשת פרישה לקיצבה
דיין המבקש לפרוש לקיצבה לפני שהגיע לגיל הקבוע בסעיף 16 לחוק, יגיש בקשתו לועדת המינויים שהוקמה לפי סעיף 6 לחוק, ורואים אותו כאילו פרש לקיצבה מהיום שקבעה הועדה בהסכמתו.
