3. ביצוע התשלום
היתרה תשולם לזכאי או למפקיד בשיק או בהעברה בנקאית לחשבונו של הזכאי או המפקיד והתאריך המופיע על גבי השיק או תאריך ההעברה ייחשב כיום תשלום היתרה בפועל.
