1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הצדדים“ – העורר ונציג המשטרה;
”ועדת ערר“ – ועדת ערר שהוקמה לפי סעיף 102ה לחוק;
”נציג המשטרה“ – מפקד המחוז או סגנו או נציג מטעמם.
