6. הבאת ראיות לפי דרישת ועדת הערר
(א)ועדת הערר רשאית לדרוש מאת הצדדים שימציאו לה, בתוך מועד שתקבע, מסמכים, פרטים או נתונים נוספים הדרושים לדעתה לבירור הערר.
(ב)ועדת הערר רשאית להזמין כל אדם שעדותו עשויה לתרום לבירור הערר, להעיד לפניה או להמציא לה כל מסמך הנוגע לערר; זומן האדם לעדות, תזמין ועדת הערר את הצדדים לדיון.
