4. הקטנת הניכוי אם הותרה הוצאה
הותרה הוצאה בשל תוספת לערכם של פקדונות לקוחות, לא יותר סכום הניכוי לפי תקנה 2 אם הוא נמוך מההוצאה כאמור; עלה סכום הניכוי על סכום ההוצאות, יותר ההפרש בניכוי.
