9. ביטול ערעור
עד למתן פסק הדין בערעור רשאי המערער לחזור בו מערעורו על ידי מתן הודעה בכתב לבית המשפט והמצאת העתק ממנה למשיב, או על ידי הודעה בעל פה בשעת שמיעת הערעור; משעשה כן, בטל הערעור.
