11. שינוי בתקציב רשות כבאות שהיא איגוד ערים
רשות כבאות שהיא איגוד ערים, רשאי שר הפנים, לאחר שנתן לרשות הכבאות הזדמנות להשמיע את דברה, לשנות או לבטל פרט בהצעת תקציב הכבאות, וכן להוסיף בה פרט, אם ראה נסיבות מיוחדות המחייבות זאת.
