3. הצמדה למדד
(א)הסכום האמור בתקנה 2(1) יתעדכן ב־1 בינואר של כל שנה (להלן – יום העדכון), לפי שיעור שינוי המדד שפורסם בחודש נובמבר שקדם לו, לעומת המדד שפורסם בחודש נובמבר 2014.
(ב)שר הבינוי יפרסם בהודעה ברשומות את הסכום המעודכן כפי שהשתנה עקב האמור בתקנה זו.
