תחילתו של סעיף 108ז(ב) לחוק שירות המדינה (גמלאות), כנוסחו בסימן זה, ביום כניסתן לתוקף של תקנות בעניין תשלום גמלאות לעובד חדש בשירותי הביטחון שפרש לגמלאות לפני גיל פרישת חובה עד למועד שייקבע בהן לפי סעיף 108ז(א) לחוק האמור כנוסחו בסימן זה.
