בתקנות אלה –
”בנין להשכרה“ – כהגדרתו בחוק מס הכנסה (עידוד להשכרת דירות) (הוראת שעה ותיקוני חוק), התשמ״א–1981 (להלן – חוק עידוד להשכרת דירות);
”הכנסה ממכירת בנין להשכרה“ – הכנסה שהמס עליה מחושב לפי סעיף 3 לחוק עידוד להשכרת דירות.
