(א)תאגיד בנקאי ישלם לבנק ישראל ריבית בשיעור של 4% לשנה נוסף על ריבית בנק ישראל, על גרעון בנזילות, לרבות על הגרעון החורג כמשמעותו בסעיף 3(ב), לגבי כל אחד מסוגי הנכסים הנזילים.
