תיקון: תשמ״ו
(א)חשבונית בשל מכירת דלק בידי עוסק תושב אזור אילת תוצא כשעל המקור מודפסות המלים ”פטור ממע״מ“.
(ב)המנהל רשאי בתנאים שיורה עליהם, להתיר לתקופה של 6 חדשים מיום פרסום תקנות אלה, שימוש בחותמת גומי להטבעת המלים ”פטור ממע״מ“.
