בתוקף סמכותי לפי תקנה 16 לתקנות אזור סחר חפשי באילת (פטורים והנחות ממסים), התשמ״ו–1985, אני מורה לאמור:
1. סימון סיגריות
תיקון: תשמ״ו
על כל קופסת סיגריות שיוצרו בישראל הנמכרת לעוסק תושב אזור אילת או הנמכרת באזור אילת יודפסו המלים ”אזור סחר חפשי – באילת“.
2. סימון בירה
תיקון: תשמ״ו
על כל בקבוק או פחית המכילים בירה שלגביה הוענק פטור ממס קניה, יודפסו או יוחתמו המלים ”אזור סחר חפשי באילת“.
