3. מסמכים וספרים שהיו בידי נוטריון
נפטר נוטריון או פקע תקפו של רשיונו, יימסרו המסמכים והספרים שעל הנוטריון לשמרם או לנהלם על פי החוק או התקנות שלפיו, לידי הארכיון.
