13. תוקף פעולות
קיום מועצת הקרן, סמכויותיה ותוקף החלטותיה ופעולותיה לא ייפגעו בשל הפסקת כהונתו של חבר מחברי המועצה או מחמת ליקוי במינויו או בהמשך כהונתו, ובלבד שמכהנים בה רוב חבריה.
