17. גמול והחזר הוצאות
חבר מועצת הקרן שאינו עובד המדינה, עובד גוף מתוקצב או עובד גוף נתמך, כהגדרתם בסעיף 32 לחוק יסודות התקציב, התשמ״ה–1985, ושאינו מכהן כחבר מועצת רשות מקומית ומקבל שכר בשל כהונתו, יהיה זכאי לתשלום מהקרן בעד השתתפותו בישיבות המועצה, בהתאם להוראות של החשב הכללי במשרד האוצר החלות לעניין חברי ועדות ציבוריות.
