23. חוק פינוי ובינוי – תחילה ותחולה
(א)תחילתו של סעיף 2א לחוק פינוי ובינוי, כנוסחו בפרק זה, ביום תחילתן של תקנות לפי סעיף קטן (ו) של סעיף 2א האמור.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 2(ב)(7)(ג) לחוק פינוי ובינוי, כנוסחו בפרק זה, יחולו על בעל דירה בבית המשותף שביום י״ב בסיוון התשפ״ג (1 ביוני 2023), טרם חתם על עסקת פינוי ובינוי, אם באותו מועד חתמו לכל היותר 30% מבעלי הדירות בבית המשותף על עסקה כאמור.
