(א)הנוסח שולב בחוק קידום התחרות בענף המזון, התשע״ד–2014 כהוראת שעה מיום 1.6.2023 עד יום 31.12.2024.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 8א לחוק קידום התחרות בענף המזון, כנוסחו בסעיף קטן (א), לא יחולו על מיזוג חברות שהוגשה לגביו הודעת מיזוג לפי חוק התחרות הכלכלית, התשמ״ח–1988, לפני יום י״ב בסיוון התשפ״ג (1 ביוני 2023).
