10. הודעת התשובה של גוף התשתית
(א)קיבל גוף התשתית הודעה על העתקת קו תשתית כאמור בסעיף 9, יודיע לגוף המבצע, בכתב, בתוך שבעה ימים ממועד מסירת ההודעה, על אחד מאלה (בסימן זה – הודעת התשובה):
(1)כי בכוונתו לבצע את ההעתקה בעצמו;
(2)כי הוא מסכים שהגוף המבצע יבצע את ההעתקה.
(ב)גוף התשתית לא יתנה את הסכמתו כאמור בסעיף קטן (א)(2) בתנאי שאינו נוגע במישרין להעתקת קו התשתית.
