20. העתקת התשתית על ידי ספק מורשה
(א)ספק מורשה המבצע את העתקת התשתית הפסיבית בעצמו, לפי הוראות סעיפים 17 עד 19, יפעל בהתאם להודעת התשובה שמסר לפי סעיפים 17(ב) או 18(ב), לפי העניין, ואם התקיים האמור בסעיף 19(א) – גם בהתאם להסכמה שהגיעו אליה הספק המורשה והגוף המבצע לפי אותו סעיף.
(ב)הגוף המבצע יאפשר לספק המורשה לבצע את כל הפעולות הדרושות לשם ביצוע העתקת התשתית הפסיבית על ידו כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
