28. מניעת דרישה לביצוע חיתוך בדיקה או חפירת בדיקה בשטח שנבדק בעבר
על אף האמור בהוראות לפי חוק העתיקות, לא תדרוש רשות העתיקות לפי החוק האמור ביצוע חיתוך בדיקה בריבוע בדיקה שבו ביצעה בעבר חיתוך בדיקה או חפירת בדיקה, ולא תדרוש חפירת בדיקה בריבוע בדיקה שבו ביצעה בעבר חפירת בדיקה.
