39. פעולת רשות הרישוי המקומית בהתאם להחלטת ועדת ההשגות
קיבלה ועדת ההשגות השגה כאמור בסעיף 38(ב), תפעל רשות הרישוי המקומית בהתאם להחלטת ועדת ההשגות, בתוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת ההחלטה.
