45. מניעת רעש
(א)השר להגנת הסביבה, בהסכמת שר האוצר ובאישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע תקנות לעניין מניעת רעש בשל ביצוע עבודות לקידום מיזם תשתית חיוני מועדף.
(ב)יראו תקנות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) כאילו הותקנו מכוח חוק למניעת מפגעים.
פורסמו תקנות למניעת מפגעים (מיזם תשתית חיוני מועדף), התשפ״ו–2026.
