מוצר־זהב שהוראות אלה חלות עליו, פטור מחובת הבדיקה לפיהן, אם הוטבע עליו לפני יום 12.2.1963 סימן זיהוי בהתאם להודעה על סחורות או חלקיהן שנקבעו להן סימני זיהוי (י״פ תשכ״ב, 1691).
