10. פעולות הועדה
(א)הועדה תשמע את מנהל המעון או בא־כוחו וכן כל אדם שאת דעתו תמצא לנכון לשמוע.
(ב)הועדה תקבע בעצמה את סדרי דיוניה אם לא נקבע אחרת בתקנות.
(ג)חוות־דעת הועדה תימסר לשר תוך שלושים יום מיום שהענין הופנה אליה.
