8. בקשה לעיון מחדש
הרואה את עצמו נפגע על ידי הודעה שנשלחה אליו לפי תקנה 4 רשאי לבקש, תוך שלושים יום מיום קבלתה, משר הסעד (להלן – השר) לדון מחדש בבקשתו.
