4. צו הגבלה
(א)ראה בית הדין הרבני כי הדרך הדרושה להביא לקיום פסק הדין היא מתן צו הגבלה, ייתן, בשים לב לנסיבות הענין, צו הגבלה שבו יקבע את הזכויות שיוגבלו.
(ב)ניתן צו הגבלה במעמד התובע בלבד, ימציא בית הדין הרבני העתק מהצו לנתבע.
