6. מסירת דיווח לבית הדין
רשות שקיבלה הודעה לפי תקנה 5 תמסור לבית הדין הרבני, בתוך ארבעה עשר ימים, דין וחשבון על ביצוע הפעולות המתחייבות מן הצו, ותמציא את העתק הדין וחשבון לתובע.
