9. בקשת מסמכים נוספים
ראה השר כי לבקשה לא צורפו כל המסמכים הדרושים לשם בחינת העמידה באמות המידה כאמור בתקנה 8, רשאי השר לבקש הגשת מסמכים נוספים לשם בחינה כאמור; המבקש רשאי שלא להעביר מסמכים נוספים והבקשה תיבחן על בסיס המסמכים שצורפו לבקשה.
