2. שינוי יחסי מרכיבי הסל הקובע
המרכיבים שבפסקאות (1) עד (3) בהגדרה ”שיעור השינוי של הסל הקובע“ יהיו כמפורט להלן:
(1)5% משיעור השינוי בממוצע תעריפי החשמל לעומת ממוצע תעריפי החשמל שהיו בתוקף במועד ההעלאה הקודם;
(2)10% משיעור השינוי במדד השכר הידוע לעומת מדד השכר שהיה ידוע במועד ההעלאה הקודם;
(3)85% משיעור השינוי במדד הכללי הידוע, לעומת המדד הכללי שהיה ידוע במועד ההעלאה הקודם.
