3. פרסום הודעה על מיטלטלין שהובאו לישראל
(א)פונו מיטלטלין, כאמור בתקנה 2, תפרסם המינהלה הודעה על כך בשני עיתונים יומיים ובאתר האינטרנט של המינהלה; ההודעה תכלול את שם היישוב שפונו ממנו המיטלטלין, וכן מועד ואופן קבלת המיטלטלין בידי בעל הזכויות בהם, בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
(ב)פונו כלי רכב לישראל על פי סעיף 30 לחוק, תפרסם המינהלה באתר האינטרנט שלה את מספרי הרישוי של כלי הרכב.
