בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 3(א) לחוק תכנון משק החלב בישראל, התשנ״ב–1992 אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. קביעת היקף ייצור
היקף הייצור המקומי של חלב לשנת 2010, יהיה כמפורט להלן:
(1)חלב בקר: 1,246 מיליון ליטרים;
(2)חלב כבשים: 7.2 מיליון ליטרים;
(3)חלב עזים: 9.5 מיליון ליטרים.
