1. קביעת היקף ייצור
היקף הייצור המקומי של חלב לשנת 2011 יהיה כמפורט להלן:
(1)חלב בקר: 1,326 מיליון ליטרים;
(2)חלב כבשים: 7.7 מיליון ליטרים;
(3)חלב עזים: 12.5 מיליון ליטרים.
