1. קביעת היקף הייצור המקומי הכולל
היקף הייצור המקומי הכולל לשנת 2018 יהיה כמפורט להלן:
(1)חלב בקר: 1,568 מיליון ליטרים;
(2)חלב כבשים: 13.15 מיליון ליטרים;
(3)חלב עזים: 22.2 מיליון ליטרים.
