1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”לוקה בשכלו“ – מי שלקה בכושר שכלי נמוך מן הממוצע וליקוי זה מקורו בתקופת ההתפתחות ובעטיו מוגבל כשרו להתנהגות מסתגלת;
”מעון“ – מעון רגיל כמשמעותו בתקנות הפיקוח על מעונות (בקשה לרשיון), תשכ״ה–1965, המיועד ללוקים בשכלם;
”מוסד רפואי מוּכר“ – מוסד רפואי או רופא ששר הסעד, בהתייעצות עם שר הבריאות, קבע אותו כמוסד רפואי לצורך תקנות אלה;
”חוסה“ – קטין או בגיר הלוקה בשכלו.
