Section 9 of תקנות יישום תכנית ההתנתקות (כללים לאישור בקשה ולקביעת תשלום מיוחד), התשס״ו–2005, ועדת זכאות ועדה מיוחדת.
9. ועדת זכאות ועדה מיוחדת
(א)מגיש בקשה לדיון בוועדה יציין אם הגיש בקשה לוועדת הזכאות או לוועדה, בין בשל אותה עילה ובין בשל עילה אחרת, ויצרף כל החלטה של המינהלה או ועדת הזכאות שהתקבלה בענינו.
(ב)מצאה הוועדה כי ביחס לבקשה שהוגשה לה, ניתן להגיש תביעה לוועדת הזכאות והמבקש לא עשה כן, רשאית היא למחוק את הבקשה ולהורות על הגשת תביעה ביחס לנושא הבקשה לוועדת הזכאות.
