38. שינוי במבנה ובציוד
לאחר השלמת בדיקתו של כלי השיט על פי הוראות תקנה 34, לא יוכנס כל שינוי במבנה, בציוד, במערכות, באבזרים, בסידורים או בחמרים שנכללו בבדיקה, זולת החלפה ישירה של ציוד או אבזרים כאמור, אלא אם כן ניתנה לכך הסכמת המינהל.
