1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”פיקוח חקלאי“ – פיקוח של הרשות לפיקוח חקלאי לענין עבירות על חיקוקי החקלאות;
”חיקוקי החקלאות“ – כמשמעותם בחוק;
”מחיר שעת עבודה“ – עלות שעה של פעילות ניידת פיקוח ובה שני פקחים, כולל פתיחת תיק וחקירה.
