11. טפסים רשמיים
לעניין סעיף 10 ישתמשו מגדלים וקבלנים מורשים בטפסי תעודות משלוח של המועצה (להלן – טפסים רשמיים); מגדל וקבלן מורשה ימלאו לכל משלוח טופס רשמי בשלושה העתקים: העתק אחד ישמור אצלו במשך ששה חדשים; העתק שני יצרף למשלוח בשביל המקבל והעתק שלישי יעביר למועצה.
