2. אישור מחסנים של קבלנים מורשים
לא יחזיק קבלן מורשה אגוזי אדמה ולא ימיינם אלא במחסן שאושר מראש בכתב על ידי המועצה; תקפו של האישור יהיה לתקופה שתיקבע בו ושלא תעלה על שנה, והוא ניתן לחידוש; האישור יימצא בכל עת במחסן שאליו הוא מתייחס ויהיה מוצג במקום בולט לעין.
