9. החזקת אגוזי אדמה
לא יחזיק אדם – למעט מגדל וקבלן מורשה – לא יוביל ולא ירשה להוביל אגוזי אדמה בכמות העולה על 50 ק״ג אלא בשקים סגורים; אולם רשאית המועצה להתיר, בהיתר בכתב, להחזיק במקום מסויים אגוזי אדמה שלא בשקים סגורים בכמות העולה על 50 ק״ג בתנאים שתקבע; בעל ההיתר חייב להחזיקו מוצג באופן בולט לעין במקום שעליו חל ההיתר.
