3. דרכים לביצוע תוכנית ההכשרה הכלכלית ומיקומה
(א)הכשרה כלכלית תיערך באמצעות מפגשים קבוצתיים או פרטניים או שילוב של שניהם, וככל האפשר תכלול מפגש פרטני אחד לפחות; המפגשים יתקיימו במרחב פיזי, באמצעים מקוונים, באמצעים טכנולוגיים אחרים או שילוב של שניהם, כפי שיורה מערך ההכשרה.
(ב)תוכנית הכשרה כלכלית הטעונה התייצבות, יכול שתתקיים במשרדי הממונה, בלשכות ההוצאה לפועל או במקום אחר, ובלבד שמקום קיומה יהיה סביר ונגיש בשים לב למקום מגוריו של היחיד.
