6. הסמכה אינה ניתנת להעברה
הסמכה כקבלן מורשה אינה ניתנת להעברה, אך אם העסק, ששימש לקבלן מורשה לביצוע תפקידיו, הועבר כולו לבעלות אחרת, רשאית המועצה להתיר את העברת ההסמכה.
