8. ביטול הסמכה
המועצה רשאית לבטל הסמכתו של קבלן מורשה בכל אחד מאלה:
(1)בשנה שלגביה הוסמך לא ריכז בידו לצרכי שיווק לפחות 500 טונות אגוזי אדמה בקליפה, שלפחות 55% מהם אושרו ליצוא בקליפה ויוצאו בפועל;
(2)הפר הוראה מהוראות החוק, או הכללים לפיו, או כל הוראה שניתנה לפיהם, ולאחר שהמועצה נתנה לו התראה בכתב לא תיקן את המעוות תוך המועד שקבעה המועצה.
