4. עונשין
העושה אחד מאלה, דינו קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977:
(1)מפלה בין ספקי גז בניגוד לתקנה 2;
(2)מסרב למסור מידע שהתבקש למסור לפי תקנה 3.
