1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשפ״ג
בתקנות אלה –
”זכות“ – זכות לקבלת תמיכה, מענק או השתתפות אחרת מתקציב המדינה, לרבות זכות מותנית או עתידית;
”המחאה“ – כמשמעותה בחוק המחאת חיובים, התשכ״ט–1969, לרבות שעבוד;
”תוכנית הבראה“ – כמשמעותה בסעיפים 140ג ו־140ד לפקודת העיריות, או בסעיפים 35ג ו־35ד לפקודת המועצות המקומיות, לפי העניין.
