15. ניהול הקרן
(א)נציב המים יקבע את צורת תקציבה של הקרן, טפסיה ומסמכיה, וכן מי שיהיה רשאי לחתום עליהם ולהתחייב בהם בשם הקרן.
(ב)תקציב הקרן, חשבונותיה, מסמכיה וספריה ינוהלו על ידיה בנפרד מאלה של נציבות המים, אולם רשאית היא להשתמש בשירותיה ועובדיה של נציבות המים לביצוע תפקידיה.
